If you have any questions regarding your bill, please contact the billing office at 472-8053. Any of our Business Office employees will be happy to assist you. The Business Office hours are from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Please be prepared to provide the staff with your patient number and your date of service. Both of these items will appear on your bill.
