To register for outpatient surgery, patients need to bring their doctor’s orders as well as their insurance cards to the registration clerk. The clerk is located in the office directly across from the Doctor’s Pavilion visible from the main drive. Clerk hours are from 6:30 am until 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
