To register for outpatient surgery, patients need to bring their doctor’s orders as well as their insurance cards and a photo I.D. to the registration clerk. The clerk is located in the office directly across from the Doctor’s Pavilion visible from the main drive. Clerk hours are from 6:30 am until 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
